以下幾句英文都有不對的地方，都是你我常犯的錯誤，先試著找出來，然後再往下看”答案”：

1.     I appreciate you for your kindness.　謝謝你的好意。
2.     They forgave him to be rude.　他們原諒他的無禮。
3.     I am different with him  我和他不一樣。
4.     I will accompany with you.　我會陪你一道去。 
5.     He insisted on accompanying her to go to the station.他堅持要陪她去車站。
6.     Sit here and accompany me for a while.　坐在這兒陪我一會兒。
7.     Please arrange us a meeting with the clients.　請安排我和客戶會面。

Debugged答案：

1.     I appreciate your kindness.
Appreciate不用“人”作受詞，其後只能接“事”作受詞，而不能接“人”作受詞 (注意：這與thank的用法恰恰相反)。

2.     They forgave him for being rude. 他們原諒了他的魯莽。
中文可以說“原諒某人做某事”，但是英語不能說 forgive somebody to do sth，即forgive後不接不定詞結構。遇此情況可改用“動詞＋somebody＋for doing sth”。同樣地pardon/excuse的用法也類似。如：
(X) Pardon me to interrupt you.　不好意思打斷你。
(O) Pardon me for interrupting you.
(X) Excuse me to open your letter by mistake.　抱歉我不小心開了你的信。
(O) Excuse me for opening your letter by mistake.

3.     I am different from him.
中文裡面的”和”常常會誤導我們的英文表達。和什麼不同，英文用different from；與什麼相同，用same as，是固定搭配。

4.     I will accompany you.
accompany(陪伴、伴隨)是及物動詞，其後無需用介系詞。又如：Thunder accompanies lighting.(雷聲伴著閃電)。但是如果用於被動語態的 accompany 後面可接介詞 with 或 by。如：

(O) The lightning is accompanied with thunder.(電閃雷鳴)。
(O) He was accompanied by his secretary.(他有秘書隨行)。

5.     He insisted on accompanying her to the station.
表示陪某人去某地，只說 accompany somebody to a place即可，不用accompany somebody to do sth。

6.     Sit here and keep me accompany for a while.
Accompany在一般英漢詞典都解釋為“陪伴”、“陪同”，但在英英詞典裡的在此義方面的釋義是：to go somewhere with someone, especially to look after them，也就是這種陪伴有看照的意思。

7.     Please arrange a meeting with the clients for us.
Arrange通常不接雙受詞。例如：我已安排他去參加會議。
(X) I’ve arranged him to attend the meeting.
(O) I’ve arranged for him to attend the meeting.
