A：英文裡有兩個字可以表達挖角。
Headhunt，獵人頭，這是大家悉的字，並沒有負面的意思。
例如: Tina was headhunted by a large company. (Tina被一間大公司挖角了。)
另外還有一個字叫做poach，這個字原意是竊取、盜用，偷偷捕魚打獵。高薪挖角也是這個字。英英字典的解釋是：Poach: persuade someone who belongs to another organization, team etc to leave it and join yours, especially in a secret or dishonest way.
That company is always poaching our staff. (那家公司總是在挖角我們的員工)
